We Social Activities Integration -SAI were established in 1991 to prevent the spread of HIV/ AIDS in Mumbai, India among high risk population and to provide comprehensive care & support to HIV/AIDS infected and affected poor people including children. SAI not only rehabilitates, but makes HIV/AIDS infected affected people financially independent by providing them vocational training, Financial and Medical Assistance, Education, Rehabilitation, Awareness and much more, since last 23 years. We work with Sex Workers, their children, street base Sex workers and homosexuals to achieve our goal and because of this reason the spread of HIV/AIDS in high risk population has come under control. After achieving our so many goals in the field of HIV / AIDS, We realized and, started our work in the field of Cancer too. As a result of our hard work we have acquired 8.5 acres of Land in Bhiwandi for our Apni Duniya Project (Development Plan of Hospice, Shelters, Training, and orphanage Center) is an effort to put a progressive step further in our effort to reach out to the most neglected communities of sex workers, destitute Widows & Orphans infected and affected with HIV/AIDS and Poor Cancer Patients and Tribal People by providing them a shelter, charitable hospice and a rehabilitation center.

We pickup students from RED LIGHT AREAS of Mumbai, make them compatible for Schools and then get them admitted in the BMC Schools. Even more to this we provide them Free (Private Tuition, Study Materials, Books, Stationeries, Food and all the required essentials to complete their studies), so that they can keep away their family from their current profession of Prostitution by their mothers (Sex Workers). We are working from the three rooms provided in a School on rent basis at Byculla by BMC since last 13 years, but now BMC has asked us to Vacate to rooms with a reason of RTE Act for non conducting educational activities. But we are conducting educational activities in our premises since last 13 years and so many students from RED LIGHT AREA have completed their higher studies and now living a respectful life with their complete family.
