Social Activities Integration –SAI has been doing HIV/AIDS, Health awareness Program through street plays, slide shows, poster Exhibition to the aware public and controlling the epidemic. Also working with the High Risk Group of the most vulnerable population of poor, neglected and deprived female Sex Workers and their children for the prevention and provide care and support through Didis (Sisters) are community volunteers. Providing screening facilities such as HIV, STIs , Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B & C testing and access to Antiretroviral & TB Treatment, regular CD4 and Viral load testing periodically and provide care and support accordingly in the national system. Brought all children of sex workers into the education stream and stopped intergenerational prostitution and made their future, empowering and doing rehabilitation of Female Sex workers by providing vocational training and job opportunities, and saving their customers at large in society. SAI has been supporting care and support to the Poor People Living with HIV/AIDS.
SAI also provides Educational support to tribal children in remote places where SAI has purchased 11.5 acres land in Thane district to establish boarding school and Vocational Training Centre for children of Sex Workers and tribal. The objective of providing education to children of poor female Sex Workers and tribal children is to make their future brighter and remove them from the ungraceful living conditions along with their mother. Providing services to female Sex Workers and tribal women is for women empowerment, better future and sustainability. They should live in society in a dignified manner. SAI had Provided daily food to 400 sex workers continuously for one and half year during Covid19 lockdown to save their lives from starvation. (From 27.03.2020 to 21.07.2021).

After completion of graduation, Mr. Vinay Vasta left his small village “Waingani” Situated in Malvan Dist. SINDHDURGHA MAHARASHTRA in 1991 & came to Mumbai in search of a job. In Mumbai he started his first job by joining the Indian Health organization as a social worker to create HIV/AIDS awareness among commercial sex workers. He noticed that in Mumbai city hundreds of workers who are migrants staying away from their families and in order to overcome the loneliness would visit sex workers for sexual pleasure. Due to multiple sexual partners there were under high risk of becoming the victims of HIV/AIDS Disease.

She has been associated with Experimental International living since last 23 years who pays homesteads to foreigners. She is with Lions International for last 16 years. She is also associated with so many institutions like All Saints Home Cancer (15 years), Kidney dialysis center at Saboo Siddique, Cancer Aid Association, Akhil Bhartiya Mahila Protestant and so many others.
